ARTWORK > EVERYDAY EPHEMERA

These ongoing collages originate from various collections of ephemera associated with my life's travels, rituals, and realities. Rather than discarding those quotidian leftovers, normally considered trash, I reassemble things like band-aids, crumpled napkins from the bottom of my purse, and notes home from my kid’s daycare into collaged compositions. Each collage represents a particular type of these discards and serves as a way to record, remember, and elevate the fleeting, everyday moments that make up a life.
